“I reserved my plot at Cobnut Park very soon after they were launched which was back in the Spring 2021. I worked very closely with Clarendon to make certain alterations as my bungalow had two bathrooms which I didn’t feel I needed so instead a utility room was added. I am very pleased as it has plenty of cupboards and storage for ironing board etc. The bathroom is lovely and fully tiled, so easy to maintain. The kitchen also has plenty of cupboard space and fitted with Neff appliances. The garden is also a nice size, fully fenced and turfed, with a big patio. The quality of the bungalow is very good and it is very spacious and light. Since moving in I have found the Clarendon team always on hand to help if you have any queries.”
