Rookery Gardens – Just 1 bungalow remaining, ready to move in to! Viewings available by appointment.
Gables Park – Two more buyers have moved in and the final property, Ravenwood is open Saturdays and Sundays 11am – 4pm.
The Chequers – Despite still being in the early stages of building, there is now only 1 detached and 1 semi-detached home available at our development in the quaint village of Crouch, near Sevenoaks. Show Home coming July – date TBC.
The Ferns – The houses are starting to take shape, as the roofs have recently gone on. They are estimated to be completed in September 2017.
Castor Park – Already proving to be very popular, there are only 7 detached properties available at this development in Allington, Maidstone. The show home is estimated to be ready in July 2017 – this is to be confirmed.
